JAMSHEDPUR – Students of Hind ITI gained valuable industrial exposure during a comprehensive plant visit where they learned about machinery operations and motor testing procedures.

The industrial visit offered students a unique opportunity to explore various sections of the plant. Engineers guided them through the acid final area and control rooms. Moreover, the students observed advanced industrial equipment and manufacturing processes.

Practical Training Experience

The plant engineers provided detailed demonstrations of motor testing procedures. “This kind of practical exposure is crucial for developing technical skills,” a senior engineer explained. In addition, students got hands-on experience in checking motors themselves.

Educational Impact Assessment

Dr. Mohammad Tahir Hussain, Director of Hind ITI, emphasized the visit’s significance. Furthermore, he encouraged students to participate in such industrial experiences. The institution has been organizing similar industrial visits since its establishment in 1962.

Meanwhile, the faculty members noted improved student understanding of industrial processes. Students have shown increased interest in pursuing industrial careers after such visits. Besides, the practical exposure complements their theoretical knowledge effectively.
