JAMSHEDPUR – Family members of a deceased security guard sought police intervention for compensation after a fatal road accident near Jenpen Electronics in Adityapur Industrial Area.

The victim’s relatives, led by JMM leader Sunny Singh, visited Adityapur police station. They accused the company management of negligence in the incident.

Accident Details

Phulchand Sahis met with the fatal accident while on company duty. The incident occurred during his travel for official work.

The security guard was reportedly working round-the-clock shifts. He maintained residence within the company premises.

Political Intervention

JMM leader Sunny Singh highlighted the company’s responsibility. He emphasized the circumstances of the guard’s death during work hours.

“The company must provide appropriate compensation to the family,” stated a JMM representative. The party threatened protests if demands weren’t met.

Company’s Position

The accident occurred with an unidentified vehicle near Phase 7. The company has not yet responded to the compensation demands.

Local labor unions have expressed support for the family’s demands. They seek a formal investigation into the working conditions.
