JAMSHEDPUR – Nettur Technical Training Foundation (NTTF) commemorates 65 years of fostering skilled professionals and societal impact with events highlighting their achievements and vision.

Nettur Technical Training Foundation, established in 1959, has been a pioneer in technical training in India. With a mission to enhance employability, NTTF’s diverse programs include three-year diplomas, post-diplomas, and short-term industry-linked courses. Operating in 14 training centers nationwide, it employs over 800 faculty members and has trained more than 70,000 students.

Recently, NTTF received dual AB accreditation from the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) under India’s Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. This accreditation ensures all its diploma courses meet stringent national standards. Moreover, the programs are internationally recognized by NOCN/NCC UK.

In Jharkhand, NTTF operates two centers, RDTTTEC in Golmuri and TSTI in Burma Mines. Over 4,500 trainees, including 900 women, have graduated from these centers. These alumni are employed by leading MNCs such as FANUC, Schneider, and Volvo-Eicher, and many have pursued careers abroad in countries like the UAE, UK, and USA. Some have even ventured into entrepreneurship.

Highlighting its trainees’ success, Ms. Neha Kanojia from RDTTTEC, employed at Maruti for over 12 years, holds two patents in her name. Similarly, graduates at Volvo-Eicher have also filed patents, reflecting NTTF’s emphasis on innovation and excellence.

As part of its anniversary celebrations, NTTF is hosting an interschool sports meet and tech fest. The curriculum at NTTF focuses 70% on practical demonstrations, enabling trainees to grasp concepts effectively. The institution promotes holistic development through real-time projects, participation in skill competitions, sports, and extracurricular activities.

NTTF’s commitment to maintaining high standards has solidified its position within India’s skill development ecosystem, shaping the future of countless Indian youths.
