SERAIKELA – Former Chief Minister Champai Soren reflected on the BJP’s performance in the Jharkhand Assembly Elections 2024, promising to respect the public mandate and learn from the experience.

In the wake of the election results, Champai Soren appeared introspective but hopeful.

He admitted that the party faced challenges in connecting with voters effectively, which impacted their performance.

However, he reaffirmed his commitment to addressing the people’s concerns and fighting for their rights in the coming years.

Victory and Gratitude in Seraikela

Soren expressed heartfelt gratitude to the people of Seraikela for his seventh consecutive win.

He described the victory as a testament to the trust voters have placed in him over the years.

“This victory is not mine alone; it belongs to the people who believed in me,” he said, pledging to continue working tirelessly for the constituency.

Focus on Bangladeshi Infiltrators

The former Chief Minister highlighted the issue of Bangladeshi infiltration, reaffirming his dedication to tackling it.

Soren announced that he would launch a renewed movement against infiltration from January 2024, starting in the Santhal Pargana region.

He emphasized that his fight would continue until the region is free from such issues.

“I will not rest until Santhal Pargana is rid of infiltrators,” he declared, underlining his determination to protect regional integrity.

Plans for BJP Review

Addressing the BJP’s organizational performance, Soren stressed the importance of introspection and strategic planning.

He revealed plans for discussions with senior party leaders to analyze their approach and strengthen their grassroots connections.

Soren stated, “This is a period of reflection, and we must work harder to align ourselves with the public’s needs.”

Meanwhile, supporters and well-wishers gathered in large numbers to celebrate his victory, with Soren personally thanking them for their continued faith.
