JAMSHEDPUR – Loyola School’s junior section celebrated its 74th Annual Sports Day with a space-themed spectacle featuring 64 events.
The celebration commenced with traditional sports day ceremonies. Moreover, JULO, the school mascot, energized the atmosphere.
The theme honored India’s space achievements. Furthermore, it aimed to inspire young minds about space exploration.
"This event celebrates both athletic and scientific spirits," remarked a senior faculty member. Meanwhile, students showcased their talent through various performances.
The youngest participants portrayed celestial bodies. However, older students performed more complex routines.
Classes 4 and 5 delivered a unique Michael Jackson tribute. In addition, they incorporated lunar themes into their performance.
Several athletes demonstrated exceptional skills. Furthermore, Sai Sampath Sahoo and Aavya Sinha excelled in Class 3 competitions.
The event featured distinguished guests and educators. Besides, parents and alumni attended the celebrations.
On the other hand, Saharsh Prateek Ekka dominated Class 4 boys’ events. Meanwhile, Shanvi Mishra led the girls’ category.
Prince Murmu and Prarthana Hassa clinched Class 5 titles. Moreover, Leopard House emerged victorious in overall standings.
