Over 5,500 Workers to Vote for 85 Committee Members at Old Canteen Hall

JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Motors Workers’ Union announces crucial leadership election scheduled for November 26 at the plant premises.

The union represents 5,516 workers across the facility.

Meanwhile, the election process includes selection of key leadership positions.

Moreover, voting will determine 85 committee members through direct worker participation.

"We have ensured all arrangements for transparent elections," stated a union representative.

Furthermore, the committee will select 25 office bearers in subsequent voting.

Additionally, leadership positions include President, General Secretary, and Treasurer.

On the other hand, multiple positions exist for Executive President and Joint General Secretary.

Besides single posts, eight Vice President positions are up for election.

The current union term concludes on December 31, 2024.
