MEDININAGAR – Palamu district administration intensifies preparations for vote counting scheduled on November 23 at GLA College.
As part of these efforts, 39 master trainers were provided specialized training in a session organized at the DRDA conference hall.
The training, led by Deputy Development Commissioner Shabbir Ahmed and District Land Acquisition Officer, focused on technical and procedural aspects of vote counting.
The session detailed how to calculate votes from control units and record them on specific forms like Form 17C and Compilation Form 20.
The administration has outlined a phased approach to training additional personnel involved in the process.
From November 19, counting supervisors, assistants, and micro-observers will be trained.
By November 21, over 700 officials will have completed theoretical and technical sessions.
To ensure smooth operations, a dry run is scheduled for November 22 at the GLA College campus.
According to Shabbir Ahmed, the master trainers will provide hands-on training to the counting staff.
He remarked, "The accuracy and efficiency of vote counting rely on meticulous preparation and training of personnel."
With the deadline approaching, all systems and personnel are being rigorously prepared for error-free execution.
