JAMSHEDPUR – Jamshedpur West constituency witnessed increased voter participation amid heightened political engagement from the Muslim community.

The area recorded a notable rise in voter turnout compared to 2019.

However, minor clashes erupted between rival party supporters in Azad Nagar.

Police swiftly controlled the situation, ensuring smooth voting continuation.

Meanwhile, long queues formed at Gandhi Maidan and Jawahar Nagar Road polling stations.

Moreover, the constituency’s 3.85 lakh voters showed strong democratic participation.

Furthermore, the Muslim voter base could significantly influence the outcome.

On the other hand, 166 out of 168 booths in Mango area completed polling peacefully.

According to political analysts, the contest between Banna Gupta and Saryu Roy remains crucial.
