JAMSHEDPUR – Independent candidate and journalist Anni Amrita is seeing a warm response to her door-to-door campaign across Jamshedpur West, where she is connecting directly with residents in several neighborhoods.

Beginning early Tuesday, Amrita canvassed areas including Dhakidih Medical Basti and Harijan Basti, personally distributing her manifesto pamphlet while appealing for support.

Locals expressed appreciation for her focus on issues relevant to their communities, such as development, housing, and employment.

“I am here to make sure everyone’s voice is heard,” said Amrita.

“My goal is to bring real change, and I’m committed to walking this path with the people.”

Amrita’s campaign then proceeded to the Kadma-Sonari link road, where she engaged with residents, discussing her vision for local improvements in areas like education and healthcare.

She also visited the Ganesh Puja grounds, where people were seen reading her manifesto with interest and agreeing with her positions on key issues.

In the evening, Amrita took her outreach to Sonari Aerodrome Market, where she shared her vision with local shopkeepers and discussed her manifesto’s focus on education, health, and infrastructure.

Young women in particular expressed admiration for her dedication, highlighting the importance of her grassroots campaign and calling it a step toward real change.

Addressing her limited campaign resources, Amrita said, “I’m not able to run an extravagant campaign, but with the support of family and friends, I’m reaching each person.”

“Connecting on this level is deeply fulfilling, and I believe change comes through genuine conversations.”

Accompanying her in the campaign were supporters Chetan Mukhi, Kundan Singh, Pradeep Kumar Singh, KK Singh, Ashok Singh, and others.
