JAMSHEDPUR – The foundation stone of the Bhuiyandih-Bhilaipahari flyover bridge was laid online by Jharkhand’s Chief Minister, Hemant Soren.
The local MLA, Saryu Roy, unveiled a plaque at Littip Chowk.
The project aims to address the area’s severe traffic issues caused by heavy vehicles, especially near Bhuiyandih.
The upcoming 3.5 km flyover, estimated to cost ₹78 crore, will cross the Swarnarekha River and significantly improve road connectivity.
Upon completion, this flyover will directly link the region to National Highway 33.
Large vehicles will bypass central Jamshedpur, reducing congestion in the city.
This project has been initiated due to repeated efforts by MLA Saryu Roy, ensuring smoother transportation in the region.
It is anticipated that this development will relieve traffic pressure and benefit commuters.
