JAMSHEDPUR – A tragic incident in the Mango area has left the community reeling as a young life was cut short under distressing circumstances.

On Monday evening, 18-year-old Shahnawaz, also known as Monty, was found hanging in his Jawahar Nagar Road No. 11 residence.

The teenager’s family discovered him in a room on the terrace of their home.

Immediately, they rushed Shahnawaz to Guru Nanak Hospital for emergency treatment.

However, he was subsequently transferred to Tata Main Hospital (TMH) for advanced care.

Tragically, doctors at TMH pronounced the young man dead upon arrival.

Meanwhile, local authorities were promptly informed about the incident.

According to initial reports, Shahnawaz had been arguing with his father earlier that day.

The dispute allegedly centered around a request for 100 rupees and permission to use a motorcycle.

Sources suggest that the teenager’s anger over the refusal may have led to his drastic action.

On the other hand, police are thoroughly investigating all aspects of the case.

The young man’s body has been sent for a post-mortem examination at TMH.

This tragic event has sparked discussions about youth mental health in the community.

Moreover, it highlights the need for better communication between parents and teenagers.

As the investigation continues, many are left wondering how such a young life could end so abruptly.
