JAMSHEDPUR – Minister Ramdas Soren attended the inauguration of the newly rebuilt ancient Durga temple in Pyaragudi village under Galudih police station limits.
Soren, who is also the MLA and Minister of Water Resources and Higher and Technical Education, offered prayers at the temple and received the holy offerings.
He had contributed ₹70,000 towards the reconstruction of the ancient Durga temple, which was a significant part of the project.
Community leaders, including Sushila Tudu, Kalipad Gorai, and lawyer Hembram, among others, were present at the event.
During the inauguration, the minister praised the efforts to preserve local culture and heritage through the reconstruction of the temple.
He emphasized the importance of such initiatives in bringing the community together.
Other attendees included Ratan Mahato, Baghray Mardi, Dhirendra Mahato, and several local figures.
