MTMH Hospital Staff to Receive 19% Bonus This Year

JAMSHEDPUR – Meherbai Tata Memorial Hospital employees are set to receive a significant 19% bonus, with payments scheduled for September 20.

The bonus agreement covers 80 employees at the Tata-operated hospital.

Moreover, the maximum bonus amount has been set at ₹98,098.

On the other hand, the minimum bonus payout will be ₹54,779.

The agreement was formalized through signatures from both management and union representatives.

Dr. RN Sharma, Chairman, led the management signatories for this agreement.

Meanwhile, other management signatories included Honorary Secretary Nishit Kumar Sinha and Honorary Treasurer Nisha Kumari.

Furthermore, Director Dr. Koshi Varghese and Senior Manager Kamal Agarwal also signed on behalf of the management.

Representing the union, President Rakeshwar Pandey and General Secretary BK Dinda were key signatories.

Additionally, Secretary P. Girishwar Rao and Committee Member Asif Imran signed for the union.

A reliable source stated, "This bonus agreement demonstrates the hospital’s commitment to its staff’s welfare."
