JAMSHEDPUR – A shed collapse at Jugsalai Goshala, caused by nearby construction, results in the death of two cows and injuries to others.

In the early hours of the morning, around 4 AM, the roof of a cow shed in Jugsalai Goshala collapsed.

The incident occurred due to a pit dug for a market complex being constructed adjacent to the goshala.

As a result, two cows were killed and several others injured.

The noise of the collapsing shed was loud, alarming nearby residents.

It is believed that the pit dug for the market complex weakened the shed, causing the collapse.

Other nearby sheds have also become dilapidated and pose a risk of further accidents.

The management of the goshala and the contractor are being blamed for the negligence.

Goshala Secretary stated that continuous rain was the cause of the shed collapse, leading to the unfortunate deaths.

The incident has raised concerns about the safety of other structures in the goshala premises.

Residents and animal rights activists are calling for immediate action to prevent further incidents.

The local authorities have been urged to investigate the matter and hold those responsible accountable.
