NEW DELHI – XLRI Delhi-NCR organized the "Corporate Confluence 2024" summit to explore the transformative effects of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Human Resources (HR).

The summit, centered on the theme "Exploring Role of AI in HR Transformation," saw over 100 participants, including Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs), HR heads from top organizations, thought leaders, and XLRI Delhi-NCR faculty members.
