Carmel Junior College students lead World Heart Day awareness campaign
Carmel Junior College’s Class V students champion heart health awareness, inspiring community action on World Heart Day.
JAMSHEDPUR – A lively student-led rally was organized by Carmel Junior College in Sonari to commemorate World Heart Day, with the objective of increasing awareness of cardiovascular health.
Students from Class V participated enthusiastically in the event, which was organized as part of the school’s Service Learning initiative.
The awareness campaign was led by Sister Jyoti, School Manager, Principal Sister M. Sharel A.C., and Vice Principal Sr. Amala Rani A.C.
Students marched through Sonari, chanting slogans and bearing informative posters to underscore the significance of heart health.
The young participants emphasized the importance of appropriate nutrition, regular physical activity, and effective stress management in order to maintain a healthy heart.
A school official expressed his admiration for the active involvement of our students in the promotion of community health.
The rally’s objective was to motivate local residents to adopt lifestyle choices that promote cardiac health.
