Bonta residents voice concerns over water scarcity and poor road conditions, prompting MLA Kalindi to assure swift action on rural development initiatives.

JAMSHEDPUR – Local legislator Mangal Kalindi met with residents of Bonta Tola Jiradungri to address urgent infrastructure needs, promising rapid improvements to water access and road conditions.

A crucial meeting took place in Bonta Tola Jiradungri, nestled within the Bonta Panchayat of Bodam Block, on Monday.

The gathering, led by community leader Kusum Baske, saw significant participation from local villagers.

Mangal Kalindi, the MLA representing Jugsalai constituency, attended as the chief guest, lending an ear to the community’s grievances.

Residents presented two primary concerns: the need for a tube well installation and the reconstruction of a deteriorating road in their locality.

Responding to these issues, MLA Kalindi assured the villagers of prompt action.

He emphasized the state government’s unwavering commitment to rural development.

"Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s vision is clear – to illuminate every corner of our state with the light of progress, reaching even the most remote villages," Kalindi stated during his address.

The legislator’s promise aligns with the broader developmental goals set by the Jharkhand government.

Several local political figures and community leaders were present at the meeting, including JMM leader Manik Mahto, Chutulal Hansda, and Kanhai Lal Baske.

Their presence underscored the importance of the gathering and the issues discussed.

As the meeting concluded, there was a palpable sense of hope among the villagers, buoyed by the MLA’s assurances of swift action on their longstanding demands.
