JAMSHEDPUR – Dr. Ajoy Kumar, former MP and senior Congress leader, distributed cricket kits to approximately 180 young athletes on Monday, highlighting the significance of youth engagement in sports and education for national development.

During the event, Dr. Ajoy Kumar spoke to the media, emphasizing that focused participation in sports and academics can propel the nation forward.

He praised the young athletes for bringing glory to the country in various national and international competitions.

The distribution of cricket kits aims to provide a supportive environment and opportunities for young players.

Dr. Kumar criticized political parties for misleading the youth with divisive politics, urging them to focus on their careers instead.

"My goal is to ensure that no young athlete is left behind due to a lack of equipment," he stated.

He believes that a promising career can also be built in sports.
