JAMSHEDPUR – The first-ever NTHA Grassroot Festival Girls League came to an exciting close with Team Jamshedpur emerging victorious in a 2-0 win against Ghatshila.
"This tournament has showcased the incredible potential of our young female athletes," remarked Hassan Mujtaba, Programme Manager NTHA, who attended the event.
Tournament Highlights
Jamshedpur’s tactical gameplay and strong defense proved decisive in the final match.
Nauri Mundri from Ghatshila was named Player of the Match.
Mayuri received the Emerging Player of the Tournament award.
Divya Mundri clinched the Best Player of the Tournament title.

Parsudih secured the 2nd Runners-up position, defeating Hata in a close contest.
Kuni Deogam from Parsudih was recognized as Player of the Match in their game.
Distinguished Guests
Dr. Rajendra Bharti, Registrar of Kolhan University, Chaibasa, attended the event.
Dr. Hassan Imam, Manager Sports Tata Steel, and Gurmeet Singh Rao, Project Director NTHA, were also present.
