JAMSHEDPUR – JUSCO School Kadma held its yearly leadership induction event, a cornerstone of the school’s calendar. The Kudy Mahanty Auditorium buzzed with excitement as the institution’s brightest young minds prepared to take on their new roles.
School officials, including Principal Jhumjhumi Nandi, Vice Principal Anindita Roy, and coordinators Qamar Ali and Seema Tiwary, oversaw the proceedings. Proud parents watched from the audience as their children accepted positions of trust and authority.

New Leadership Team
Ashish Kumar Sharma stepped into the role of School Pupil Leader, supported by Shashank Jha as his assistant.
A cadre of student ministers, house captains, and their deputies rounded out the leadership team, each committing to uphold the school’s ethos.
