Singhbhum’s new MP receives rousing welcome from Chaibasa’s legal community, promising to address bar association’s concerns.
CHAIBASA – Freshly minted Singhbhum MP Joba Majhi receives warm reception from legal fraternity at Chaibasa’s District Bar Association hall.
The Chaibasa District Bar Association hall buzzed with excitement as newly-elected Singhbhum Member of Parliament Joba Majhi received a grand welcome from the legal community. The event, held on Friday, saw a gathering of prominent lawyers and social activists eager to congratulate the victorious parliamentarian.
Bar Association President Rameshwar Prasad and General Secretary Father Agustin Kullu honored Majhi with floral tributes and a ceremonial shawl.
Social activist and advocate Rajaram Gupta presented the MP with a symbolic token of appreciation.
Addressing the gathering, Majhi assured the legal fraternity of her commitment to resolving their concerns. "Upon my return from Delhi, I will arrange a meeting between a Bar Association delegation and Chief Minister Champai Soren to discuss your issues," she stated.
The MP emphasized the importance of finding solutions to the lawyers’ problems, viewing them as challenges faced by ordinary citizens.
Several key figures from the legal community attended the event, including Jharkhand State Bar Council member Anil Mahto and District Bar Association Vice President Kaiser Parvez.
Senior advocates Satish Chandra Mahto, Gourang Mahto, and Vivek Sharma were also present, along with government counsel Pawan Sharma.
The gathering saw participation from a diverse group of lawyers, including Vimal Vishwakarma, Duryodhan Gop, Ashish Sinha, and Indra Gop.
