Empowering Youth Through Emotional Awareness and Stress Handling Techniques

Jeevan, Jamshedpur conducted a stress management workshop for 700 NCC cadets at NIT Adityapur, providing essential tips and techniques to handle stress, while emphasizing the importance of emotional support and mental health awareness.

JAMSHEDPUR – The suicide prevention centre, Jeevan, Jamshedpur, conducted a workshop titled "Empowering Oneself Emotionally by Understanding and Handling Stress Properly" for NCC cadets at the invitation of the 37 Jharkhand Battalion NCC/Army camp, held at NIT, Adityapur.

Approximately 700 NCC cadets attended the hour-long workshop, which aimed to provide essential tips on identifying and understanding stressors.

During the session, cadets engaged in a happiness quiz and learned techniques to quantify and manage their stress levels effectively.

Several officers attended the session and highly appreciated the initiative.

Cadets were encouraged to reach out to Jeevan for support if they ever felt overwhelmed by stress.

Jeevan extended an invitation to other organisations interested in hosting similar workshops in their respective areas.

Additionally, Jeevan provides ongoing emotional support and assistance for individuals experiencing mental health issues.
