JAMSHEDPUR – XLRI’s Aurora 2.0 symposium brought together industry leaders to discuss the evolving landscape of product development in the digital era.

The event, organized by XLRI’s PGDM(GM) Production Club, centered on future trends and leading products.

Prominent innovators and students participated in discussions on AI’s impact on revenue generation strategies.

Moreover, the symposium explored ways to develop long-term product relationships in the AI age.

Fr. Donald D’Silva, Dean of Administration and Finance, inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp.

Other key attendees included Academic Dean Prof. Sanjay Patro and Professors Kuruvilha, Kangaraj, and Sunil Sarangi.

The first session focused on AI’s revolutionary role in product development and innovation.

Yash Piplani, Global Director of Product Management at Dunhumby, highlighted AI’s growing importance in business optimization.

He emphasized the need for accurate data and ethical AI practices in today’s business landscape.

Furthermore, Piplani cautioned against AI misuse and discussed synthetic data applications.

Monarch Himanshu, Product Director at Nike India Technology Center, explained how AI reduces data discrepancies.

He stressed the importance of improving supply chain efficiency through AI implementation.

Meanwhile, Tulsi Chandra Pamujula of Airtel Digital noted the accelerated AI adoption during the pandemic.

Pamujula underscored the significance of high-quality data in producing meaningful AI outputs.

Ritwick Roy, Director of Product at Ind Money, shared insights on AI’s role in streamlining KYC processes.

He highlighted the improved results achieved through AI-driven research and development.

The symposium, conducted in three sessions, featured diverse industry experts sharing their perspectives.
