Banks in Jharkhand Will Observe Eight Non-Working Days Next Month
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced several holidays in June, impacting banking operations in Jharkhand with a total of eight non-working days.
JAMSHEDPUR – In Jharkhand, banking services will be impacted in the month of June due to a number of upcoming holidays, as stated in the list provided by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
On June 1st, banks in Jharkhand and seven other states will be closed due to the Lok Sabha elections. The states affected include Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, West Bengal, Bihar, Jammu and Kashmir, and Odisha.
In addition, banks will not be open on Sundays that fall on June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th.
Additionally, we will be observing the second and fourth Saturdays of the month, specifically June 8th and 22nd, as holidays.
