Defense Minister Rajnath Singh targeted JMM and Congress for misleading the public and engaging in corrupt practices during a BJP rally in Bokaro.
BOKARO – Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, speaking at a BJP rally in Bokaro, accused JMM and Congress of deceiving the public and corrupt activities.
He urged the opposition to engage in transparent politics rather than misleading the public.
Singh highlighted the BJP’s achievements, including the removal of Article 370 and the construction of the Ram Temple.
Singh Emphasizes BJP’s Anti-Corruption Stance
Rajnath Singh asserted that any BJP minister found guilty of corruption would be expelled from the party immediately.
He refuted claims that BJP would end reservations, emphasizing the party’s commitment to equality.
"We are a party that does what it says. We will not let a crisis of credibility arise," Singh stated.
He underscored the importance of maintaining integrity and credibility in governance.
Opposition’s Corruption and Misuse of Power
Singh accused JMM and Congress ministers of hoarding money, pointing to bundles of cash found with their personal secretaries.
He claimed this could not happen without the Chief Minister’s knowledge and cooperation.
"The BJP does not spare anyone involved in corruption, including our own members," Singh declared.
He criticized the opposition for accusing the BJP of harassment when action is taken against corrupt individuals.
Singh also highlighted the BJP’s strong stance on national security and territorial integrity, including the situation in PoK.
Call for Responsible Politics and Nation Building
Singh called for politics that focuses on nation-building rather than merely running the government.
He highlighted the importance of societal development and criticized the opposition for tarnishing India’s image.
"India’s stature has increased globally under Modi’s leadership," Singh emphasized.
He praised Dhullu Mahato, the BJP candidate, for his experience and commitment to development.
Singh urged voters to support Mahato to ensure continued progress and integrity in governance.
He noted that assets worth Rs 1 lakh crore have been seized from corrupt individuals since Modi became Prime Minister, compared to only Rs 32 lakh during Congress rule.
"India’s banks have turned around from losses to profits, reflecting our strong economic policies," Singh remarked.
He concluded by emphasizing the respect India now commands on the global stage due to the current government’s efforts.
