PM Modi Conducts Roadshow in Ranchi, Receives Warm Welcome
Huge crowd gathers as PM rides in open chariot with BJP leaders
Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Ranchi late in the evening and embarked on a roadshow after being welcomed at the Ranchi airport, accompanied by Leader of Opposition Amar Kumar Bauri and MP and candidate Sanjay Seth in an open chariot.
RANCHI – Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Ranchi late in the evening and conducted a roadshow after being welcomed at the Ranchi airport, riding in an open chariot alongside Leader of Opposition Amar Kumar Bauri and MP and candidate Sanjay Seth.
The roadshow witnessed a massive gathering of people, including a large number of women and youth, with the main road of Ranchi echoing with slogans of "Jai Shri Ram" and "Modi Modi."
Enthusiastic supporters competed to take selfies with the Prime Minister, who was welcomed at 15 different locations along the route with traditional dance performances, songs, drums, and the showering of flowers.
The Prime Minister’s convoy made a stop at Bharat Mata Chowk, where he was greeted by various BJP leaders, including Leader of Opposition Amar Kumar Bauri, candidate Sanjay Seth, MPs Deepak Prakash, Vikas Pritam, Vinay Jaiswal, Nishi Jaiswal, and Umesh Kumar Sahu.
At Bharat Mata Chowk, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with Amar Kumar Bauri and Sanjay Seth, rode in the chariot to continue the roadshow.
Throughout the route, BJP leaders welcomed the Prime Minister at various chowks, including Pappu Jaiswal, Umesh Yadav, Ramji Prasad, Anand Murthy Singh at Hino Chowk; Santosh Mishra at Birsa Chowk; Anand Murthy and Kajal Pradhan at DPS Chowk; Prakash Sahu, Sunil Sahu, and Muneshwar Sahu at Argora; and many others at different locations.
The Prime Minister also garlanded the statue of Dharti Aba Birsa Munda at Birsa Chowk during the roadshow.
After the roadshow, Prime Minister Narendra Modi proceeded to Raj Bhavan, where he stayed for the night.
