Marwari Yuva Manch’s Surabhi Conducts Essential Workshop for Children in Jamshedpur

The Surabhi group of Marwari Yuva Manch’s Steel City branch has completed a pivotal workshop in Jamshedpur focused on child safety and social awareness education.

JAMSHEDPUR – The women’s wing of Marwari Yuva Manch, known as Surabhi, organized a comprehensive workshop aimed at educating young students about personal safety.

The workshop took place at Punjab Refugee Middle School, Agrico, targeting essential concepts of good touch and bad touch.

Led by Payal Agarwal, the session utilized interactive methods to clearly communicate these critical distinctions to children.

Kavita Agarwal, the branch president, emphasized the importance of establishing trust and open communication between children and parents to enhance safety.

Pooja Agarwal, the branch secretary, addressed the risks associated with excessive smartphone use among children, including negative effects on health and learning.

The event also educated children on the dangers of accepting gifts from strangers and the importance of discussing any troubling experiences with their parents.

The workshop, forming part of a five-day program, was made successful by the collective efforts of Kavita Agarwal, Pooja Agarwal, Payal Agarwal, Usha Chaudhary, and Pinky Agarwal.
