Local Resident Claims Unfair Demolition by Officials in Jamshedpur

In a surprise move, company officials, with police presence, demolished a house near the MGM roundabout in Jamshedpur, citing illegal encroachment.

JAMSHEDPUR – A house near the MGM roundabout was recently demolished under the supervision of company officials and local police.

The demolition has sparked controversy as Bablu Prasad Dangi, the resident of the house, protested the action.

He claimed that he received no prior notice from the court regarding the demolition.

Bablu also stated that there was no adequate time provided to address the situation before the demolition occurred.

Currently, the site of the demolished house has been cleared of encroachments by the officials.

This incident has raised concerns about the processes followed in handling cases of alleged illegal encroachment.
