Congress Strategizes for Unity in Parliamentary Elections, Focuses on INDIA Bloc Success

Ghulam Mir Urges Jharkhand MLAs to Support INDIA Bloc Candidates Across Party Lines

At a recent public meeting, Congress Jharkhand in-charge Ghulam Mir emphasized the importance of cross-party support for INDIA bloc candidates in the upcoming parliamentary elections.

JAMSHEDPUR – Ghulam Mir, the Congress in-charge for Jharkhand, addressed party MLAs at a public rally in support of Lohardaga Lok Sabha candidate Sukhdev Bhagat, highlighting strategic electoral cooperation within the INDIA bloc.

Mir urged MLAs from various constituencies to lead efforts in ensuring that INDIA bloc candidates receive significant support, regardless of individual party affiliations.

With assembly elections looming in five months, he reminded MLAs of the importance of cohesive action and warned against any lapses that could affect their prospects in seeking party nominations.

The meeting, also attended by Chief Minister Champai Soren, showcased a unified front among JMM and Congress MLAs representing the Lohardaga Lok Sabha constituency.

In a symbolic gesture, Mir had party workers from several assembly areas such as Gumla, Sisai, Lohardaga, Vishunpur, and Mandar raise their hands in solidarity, committing to the collective success of the INDIA bloc.

Mir’s call to action was clear: to set aside differences and work diligently towards securing a victory for the bloc’s candidate in the parliamentary elections.
