XLRI Jamshedpur recently held the first Convocation Ceremony for its PGDM (HRM) Program aimed at developing future Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs).

JAMSHEDPUR – XLRI Jamshedpur on Monday held the first Convocation Ceremony for its PGDM (HRM) Program aimed at developing future Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs).

The ceremony took place on April 15, 2024, at the Tata Auditorium on the XLRI campus.

Ms Anuradha Razdan, Executive Director HR & CHRO of Hindustan Unilever & Unilever South Asia, graced the event as the Chief Guest.

During the event, 38 students were awarded their postgraduate diplomas.

Mr. Varun Sevva Reddy was honored with the XLRI Medal for Academic Excellence.

This program, initiated in March 2022, responds to the increasing demand for skilled CHROs capable of handling the complexities of modern workplaces.

XLRI continues to enhance its offerings in management education, emphasizing the critical role of human resources in today’s organizational environments.
