Flag March Led by Local Officials to Promote Peace Before Ram Navami in Chakulia

On the eve of Ram Navami, Chakulia’s administration took proactive steps to ensure peace during the festival by organizing a flag march through key areas of the town.

JAMSHEDPUR – As Ram Navami approaches, a sense of anticipation and caution fills the air in Chakulia.

To preempt any untoward incidents and promote a peaceful celebration, the local administration, led by Circle Officer Upendra Kumar, BDO Aarti Munda, and Police Station Incharge Santosh Kumar, organized a flag march on Tuesday evening.

Starting from Birsa Chowk in Purana Bazar, the procession of local officials and police personnel moved through the main market road, making its way to Gaushala and finally reaching Naganal Temple.

The march was not just a display of preparedness but also a message of unity and peace to the community.

"We are here to ensure that the celebrations of Ram Navami go smoothly without any disruption," stated an official during the march.

Another official echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the importance of maintaining harmony during such significant cultural festivities.

The local police also played a crucial role in the flag march, showcasing their readiness to handle any situation that might arise during the festival.

"Our presence is intended to make the public feel secure and to encourage everyone to celebrate in a peaceful manner," mentioned a police officer after the flag march.

The flag march was well-received by the residents of Chakulia, who appreciated the efforts of the administration to maintain order and peace.

The local administration also took this opportunity to appeal to all citizens to cooperate and contribute to a safe and peaceful Ram Navami.
