JAMSHEDPUR – The Jamshedpur Blood Center, in collaboration with Anand Marg Universal Relief Team Global, successfully hosted its 100th monthly blood donation camp, collecting approximately 60 units of blood for human welfare.
Sunil Anand emphasized the selfless nature of blood donors, likening them to divine beings for their contributions to aiding humanity, especially the vulnerable.
In recognition of their altruism, donors received a citation and a sapling, underscoring the event’s dual focus on human and natural welfare.
The choice of sapling for each donor was a personalized touch, reinforcing the connection between giving blood and nurturing life.
Key contributors including Sameer Sarkar and Bhukti Pradhan Sudhir Anand, among others, played vital roles in the event’s success, showcasing community collaboration.
This milestone event not only highlighted the importance of blood donation but also promoted environmental conservation through the distribution of 100 plants to participants.
