Villagers Receive Free Eye Check-ups at Sopodera Camp

Jamshedpur’s Sopodera residents benefit from a free eye check-up camp, with cataract surgeries also offered at no cost.

JAMSHEDPUR – A significant health initiative took place in Jamshedpur, as the All India Student Federation, in collaboration with ASG Eye Hospital, hosted a free eye check-up camp at Sopodera Jyoti Club.

The camp aimed to provide essential eye care services to the rural population, often hindered by financial constraints from seeking timely eye examinations.

A considerable number of villagers availed the opportunity to have their vision checked by professional ophthalmologists.

The initiative also promises free cataract surgery for those diagnosed, ensuring that vision loss among the rural community can be effectively addressed and prevented.
