Poetic Talents Shine at SPARK’s Annual Event
Karim City College Hosts ‘We the Poet’ Poetry Competition
SPARK’s poetry competition at Karim City College celebrates linguistic diversity and emotional expression.
JAMSHEDPUR – Karim City College on Thursday hosted a literary event that gave a platform to all those who cherish their poetic and creative talent.
It was an event that concluded with recognition for the poetic talents of the students.
Sahdev Mahato expressed gratitude to all participants and attendees in his vote of thanks.
Awards were bestowed upon Kalamkar winners, marking their creative achievements.
The moderation team, Laiba Kamran, Muskaan Kumari, and Zainab Afrin, led the event smoothly.
Md. Saif Ali Ansari and Safdar Haroon stood out in the Urdu category.
Tania Parkar and Rituparna Mahato were celebrated in the Hindi segment.
Shiuli Palit clinched the top spot in English, with Anam Rizwan and Yashraj Sona sharing second place.
Dr. Mohammad Reyaz applauded the students’ ability to convey deep emotions through poetry.
Judges Dr. S.M. Yahiya Ibrahim, Dr. Basudhara Roy, Dr. Mohammad Tufail Ahmed, and Dr. Subhash Chandra Gupta were thanked with tokens of appreciation.
The competition featured 35 students expressing themselves in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
The Society for Promotion of Art and Culture held its annual poetry contest on Thursday at Karim City College, showcasing a range of poetic forms.
