Jamshedpur Bridge Project Launched

New bridge to connect Bagunhatu and Baridih, boosting local transport

Jamshedpur East MLA initiates Rs 1.71 crore bridge project under Chief Minister Rural Bridge Scheme for improved connectivity.

JAMSHEDPUR – The residents of Bagunhatu and Baridih Nagadungri are set to benefit from enhanced transportation convenience with the initiation of a new bridge project.

The Rural Development Special Division will oversee the bridge’s construction, following a recommendation by MLA Saryu Roy.

This undertaking, valued at approximately Rs 1.71 crore, falls under the Chief Minister Rural Bridge Scheme.

The bridge is designed to facilitate easier movement for locals, addressing long-standing connectivity issues between the two areas.

MLA Saryu Roy, representing Jamshedpur East, played a pivotal role in securing the project, laying the foundation stone on Monday.
