JAMSHEDPUR – The quiet village of Urmal was struck by tragedy when the body of 19-year-old Raju Mandal of Sonari, Jamshedpur, was recovered from a local pond, marking a sorrowful conclusion to a search operation initiated after he drowned on Wednesday afternoon.
