Sub-Inspector Roshan Khakha and District Councilor Karan Singh were quick to gather details at the scene.

Kamlesh Kumar Giri, identified as the injured, was en route to his Chakulia home when struck.

The collision inflicted severe injuries to his head and face, necessitating urgent medical intervention.

Giri’s transfer to TMH followed initial treatment at Ghatshila Sub-Divisional Hospital.
