Annual Family Meet and Poetry Event Concludes at Gandhi Ghat

JAMSHEDPUR – The Singhbhum District Hindi Sahitya Sammelan’s annual family meeting and picnic concluded at Gandhi Ghat, marked by a notable poetry symposium.
Presided over by Shri Subhash Chandra Munka, the event showcased a range of self-written compositions from renowned city poets.
Poets like Yamuna Tiwari Vyathit, Dr. Ajay Ojha, and others recited their poetry, adding literary flair to the gathering.
The event included various family-oriented games and competitions, with 21 events such as Musical Chair and Passing the Ball, catering to all age groups from infants to adults.
A total of 83 prizes were awarded across these categories, enhancing the festive spirit.
The participation of children and women, particularly from the families of literati, was enthusiastic and notable.
Dignitaries like Gyan Brahma Pathak, Shiv Pujan Singh, and others graced the event, which saw the attendance of over 400 scholars and family members.
The symposium not only celebrated literary talent but also fostered community bonding and enjoyment, concluding with everyone savoring delicious food.
