Rambha Educational Institute Group’s celebration of Swami Vivekananda Jayanti and Makar Tusu festival included a unique gesture of kindness towards the villagers of Bhursadih and nearby areas. The college’s NSS department organized a distribution of blankets, bangles, jaggery, and slippers as gifts.

JAMSHEDPUR – Rambha Educational Institute Group’s initiative, led by its top officials, marked the celebration of Swami Vivekananda Jayanti and the Makar Tusu festival by gifting essentials and traditional items to the villagers.

Shri Rambachan, the college chairman, along with Rambha Devi, the president, Gaurav Bachan, the secretary, and Vivek Bachan, the joint secretary, were at the forefront of this charitable act.

They reached out to the impoverished communities in Bhursadih and neighboring areas, offering them blankets and other gifts.

This gesture was not only a tribute to the festive spirit but also a part of the college’s commitment to social welfare.

Participants in this heartwarming event included faculty and students from various departments, including B.Ed, Undergraduate, and Nursing.

The event, organized by the college’s NSS unit, reflected a deep commitment to community service and education.

In addition to the distribution, the event featured enlightening speeches about Swami Vivekananda’s life and teachings.

Dr. Kalyani Kabir, Dr. Dinesh Yadav, and Dr. Sumanlata shared insights into Vivekananda’s life, highlighting inspiring incidents and messages that resonate with his teachings.

The students, deeply engaged in the program, revisited Vivekananda’s biography, gaining a deeper understanding of his influence on Indian culture and philosophy.
