Potka Girl to Get Free Heart Surgery, Kunal Sarangi Steps In

Kunal Sarangi, Rotary District 3250 Project to Fund Heart Surgery for Jamshedpur Girl

Kunal Sarangi collaborates with Rotary District 3250 Project to offer free heart surgery for a young girl in Jamshedpur.

JAMSHEDPUR – Kunal Sarangi, the former MLA, has played a pivotal role in facilitating free heart surgery for Sushma Singh, a resident of Chandpur Panchayat.

Sushma’s critical health condition, a heart defect, was a major concern for her family.

Her mother, a teacher in Mata Para, struggled financially to support the family.

The required surgery at Brahmanand Hospital was beyond the family’s financial reach.

Upon learning about Sushma’s plight, BJP leader Manoj Sardar relayed the situation to Kunal Sarangi.

A meeting between Sushma’s mother, Manoj Sardar, and Kunal Sarangi was arranged at Maneka Sardar’s residence, the former MLA of the area.

During the meeting, Sarangi gathered detailed information about the family’s situation.

He then announced that the surgery would be covered under the Rotary District 3250 Project.

This project aims to aid children between six to eighteen years with medical needs.

Amrita Hospital in Ernakulam, where the surgery will take place, has agreed to cover all related expenses.

Sarangi expressed optimism about Sushma’s recovery and the family’s return to happiness.

Furthermore, he emphasized the need for better district administration monitoring to ensure government aid reaches those in need.

He pledged continued support through the Namya Smile Foundation and other channels to assist the family.
