JAMSHEDPUR – In a significant crackdown, the Jamshedpur Police have arrested three members of a gang involved in a honeytrapping scheme executed via video chats on social media platforms. The apprehended individuals, identified as Asif Raja, Jagjit Singh, and Sameer Sharma from Jugsalai, have reportedly victimized numerous people through their deceptive tactics. SSP Kishore Kaushal, in a press conference at the Jugsalai police station, revealed the modus operandi of the gang.

By creating fake IDs on popular platforms like Facebook and Instagram, these culprits impersonated women and engaged in conversations with unsuspecting individuals.
