Jamshedpur-Rahul Gandhi, former President of the Congress Party, is poised to initiate the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ from Dhanbad, Jharkhand, sparking widespread enthusiasm among party workers.
This yatra is a continuation of the ‘Bharat Nyay Yatra’ that began in Manipur on January 14, covering an impressive 6700 kilometers on foot.
The ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra‘ will specifically traverse 804 km in Jharkhand, passing through 13 districts in the state.
Rahul Gandhi’s journey is meticulously planned, spanning several states from Manipur through Nagaland, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, and Meghalaya, eventually reaching Jharkhand via Bihar and Odisha.
The Dhanbad District Congress Committee is actively preparing for Gandhi’s arrival, marking a significant moment in the region’s political landscape.
Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge chaired a meeting with key party leaders to discuss the yatra’s preparations, indicating the importance of this event.
State in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir, state president Rajesh Thakur, and legislative party leader Alamgir Alam participated in this strategic meeting.
The route chart reveals that Dhanbad will be the entry point into Jharkhand from Bengal, heightening anticipation among local Congress members.
