Tata Steel’s ‘Ananta Quest’ competition aims to integrate talented individuals from the Persons with Disabilities community into the workforce, promoting inclusivity and diversity.
JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel has unveiled "Ananta Quest," an innovative case study competition tailored for students with disabilities. This initiative represents the company’s commitment to inclusivity and diversity in the workforce.
Ananta Quest‘ is designed to identify, nurture, and integrate talented individuals from the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) community, fostering a more inclusive corporate environment.
The competition, open for final-year students and freshers with disabilities, bridges the gap between academia and industry across technical and business domains.
Atrayee Sanyal, Vice President of Human Resource Management at Tata Steel, emphasized the company’s belief in the limitless potential of each individual and the strength that diversity brings to an enterprise.
Ananta Quest invites MBA and B.Tech students from AICTE/UGC-approved Indian Institutes to participate in teams of up to two members, including pre-Final Year, Final Year students, and the Batch of 2023.
Participants can choose between Business and Technical Tracks, with the competition involving three rounds: Executive Summary, Pre-Finale, and Grand Finale.
The National Winner of Ananta Quest will receive ₹50,000, with ₹30,000 and ₹20,000 for the first and second runners-up, respectively. Winners will also be offered a paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹30,000.
All participants will receive certificates, and outstanding performers may receive Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) for full-time roles based on their internship performance.
