Jugsalai Municipal Council Collaborates with Hulladek for Sustainable E-Waste Disposal

Jugsalai’s new initiative with Hulladek Recycling Pvt. Ltd. aims to streamline e-waste disposal and promote environmental sustainability.

JAMSHEDPUR – A comprehensive awareness campaign targeting Jugsalai residents will be conducted to educate them on responsible e-waste disposal.

Citizens are encouraged to segregate and dispose of a wide range of e-waste items like electronic gadgets, household appliances, and batteries.

Designated e-waste bins and collection vehicles provided by Jugsalai Municipal Council facilitate proper disposal of e-waste.

Jugsalai Municipal Council’s initiative aims to protect animals, birds, and aquatic life by preventing e-waste from contaminating the environment.

The collaboration’s goal is to mitigate air, land, and water pollution by ensuring proper e-waste management.

Hulladek Recycling Pvt. Ltd. will handle the e-waste collected by Jugsalai Municipal Council, diverting it from dumpsites and river drains.

Under the MoU, Jugsalai Municipal Council will lead the collection of e-waste using dedicated vehicles.

This significant partnership reflects a commitment to environmental sustainability and community responsibility.

The MoU was formalized in the presence of Motay Banra, Rajendra Kumar, Jyoti Punj, Mukesh Kumar Modi, and Hulladek Pvt. Ltd. representatives.
