SERAIKELA – A dedicated team in Seraikela, tasked with enforcing the election code of conduct, has taken action against a code violation involving a private vehicle.

The vehicle, spotted on Adityapur police station road with a political party’s flag, was promptly seized by the team.

Upon discovery, the flag was removed, and the vehicle was released after the owner received a warning.

This incident followed a tip-off to the Election Commission’s Magistrate about the vehicle’s conspicuous display of the party flag.

The swift response by team officials led to the vehicle’s seizure and a clear warning to the owner against further violations.

The action taken reflects the vigilance and commitment of election officials to uphold the integrity of the electoral process.

This enforcement is part of broader efforts to ensure fair and impartial conduct during the election period.

The vehicle owner was cautioned that repeated offenses would result in the vehicle’s confiscation, highlighting the serious consequences of code violations.
