The severe cold is particularly challenging for the underprivileged and those living on the streets.

With the ongoing cold wave, residents are advised to dress warmly and take precautions, especially for the elderly and children.
Elderly individuals have been advised to avoid morning walks, and children should be adequately covered to protect against the cold.
