Discover the benefits of yoga and Ayurveda this winter at Patanjali’s Yoga Awareness Camp in Jamshedpur, with expert advice on seasonal health.

JAMSHEDPUR – The recent Yoga Awareness Camp in Jamshedpur, organized by Patanjali Yuva Bharat at Aastha Space Town, brought together a distinguished group of yoga enthusiasts and experts.

The camp saw the participation of several notable figures, including Manoj Kumar Singh from Swadeshi Jagran Manch and yoga teachers Preeti Gupta and Aarti Sinha.

Their presence underscored the camp’s focus on integrating traditional Indian wellness practices into everyday life.

Dr. Manish Dudiya, the event’s chief guest and a renowned Ayurvedic doctor from Patanjali Yogpeeth, emphasized the importance of seasonal diet and hydration.

He advised incorporating more greens, vegetables, and fruits into the diet, especially during the colder months.

Dudiya stressed the significance of maintaining hydration, suggesting the regular intake of lukewarm water.

The camp’s yoga session, led by Patanjali Yuva Bharat’s Narendra Kumar, delved into the eight major pranayamas of Patanjali Yogpeeth.

His detailed explanations provided attendees with valuable insights into these breathing techniques.

The inauguration of the camp coincided with Geeta Jayanti, marked by the recitation of verses from the Bhagavad Gita.

This set a spiritual tone for the event, reinforcing the connection between yoga and Indian philosophical traditions.

Preeti Gupta, Aastha Space Town’s yoga instructor, played a pivotal role in organizing the camp, with Aarti Sinha’s collaboration adding to its success.

The event’s inauguration featured the lighting of a traditional lamp, symbolizing enlightenment and the spread of knowledge.
