JAMSHEDPUR – The recent Yoga Awareness Camp in Jamshedpur, organized by Patanjali Yuva Bharat at Aastha Space Town, brought together a distinguished group of yoga enthusiasts and experts.
The camp saw the participation of several notable figures, including Manoj Kumar Singh from Swadeshi Jagran Manch and yoga teachers Preeti Gupta and Aarti Sinha.

Dr. Manish Dudiya, the event’s chief guest and a renowned Ayurvedic doctor from Patanjali Yogpeeth, emphasized the importance of seasonal diet and hydration.
