JAMSHEDPUR – The wheels of development are set to roll in Jharkhand’s hinterlands with the Chief Minister Gram Gaadi Yojana taking off on November 15.

District Magistrate Mr. Manjunath Bhajantri chaired the district committee meeting, signaling a green light for the scheme’s first phase.

A fleet of 15 buses will traverse 23 routes, knitting remote rural areas with hospitals, colleges, and markets.

Strategically planned routes promise accessible transport to districts, blocks, and key public spots.

Officials revealed the services are a stride toward improving rural road transport and traffic systems.

Affirming the state’s dedication, Mr. Bhajantri outlined free travel for various beneficiaries, including seniors and students.

Vital stakeholders, including District Transport and Public Relations Officers, sanctioned the routes with video conferencing support from BDOs.
