JAMSHEDPUR – Madhu Singh, a prominent art teacher and social worker, shined as the centrepiece of the grand Durga Puja celebrations at Orchid Residency, Sonari, through her mesmerising classical dance performance.
Distributed among the participants were accolades for Seat and Draw as well as Number Competition, rounding off the evening’s agenda.
The people of the colony also put up captivating presentations of film songs, adding an extra layer of entertainment to the festivities.
Stealing the limelight was the children’s staging of ‘Chandrayaan’, which garnered appreciable attention from the audience.
Women engaged the crowd with rhythmic dandiya performances, illuminating the spirit of the festival.
The event featured children engaging in a cultural program that celebrated the spirit of Durga Puja in a youthful manner.
The multi-dimensional event was coordinated with flair by social worker Madhu Singh along with Sonu Biswal and Swati Chattopadhyay, who received considerable support from other women and children of Orchid Residency.
