Grim Raksha Bandhan for Jamshedpur Families as Brothers Die, BJP Leader Vikas Singh Extends Support

Jamshedpur mourns the loss of three young men in a heart-wrenching road mishap on Rakhi night; the accident puts Mango Refugee Colony in a state of grief.

JAMSHEDPUR – A devastating road accident near Ghatshila cast a dark shadow on the festival of Raksha Bandhan in Jamshedpur’s Mango police station area.

Three brothers, embarking on an emotional journey to tie Rakhi to a newly-married sister in Ghatshila, lost their lives in the fatal crash.

The ill-fated young men, including 21-year-old Jaidev Pal of Mango Sankosai Road number two Refugee Colony, were on their way to Ghatshila when the tragedy struck.

Their vehicle veered off course and collided with a tree, causing severe injuries to all the occupants.

Jaidev Pal and his friend Rajveer Murmu were declared dead on the spot, while their companion Kishan Sharma sustained critical injuries.

Initially rushed to Ghatshila Referral Hospital, Sharma’s condition worsened, necessitating a transfer first to MGM Hospital and then to Tata Main Hospital.

His treatment proved to be unmanageable at these facilities, leading to his eventual transfer to RIMS, where he succumbed to his injuries at around 10:30 pm on Thursday.

The local BJP leader Vikas Singh promptly visited the grieving families, offering emotional support in this difficult time.

Mango Refugee Colony is currently enveloped in a somber mood, as it comes to terms with the untimely demise of its young residents.
